    I think that emailing a personal video is a great idea to convert someone as a client! It helps you better connect and as much as I love emails,  Amy, sometimes that certain tone we use in email lingo (you know what I’m talking about, when you write something that in your head sounds normally, but the client reads it with a completely different tone) can create a lot of misunderstandings…and I think that’s easily avoidable with personal video.
