I just did an advanced search for “surf” in Asbury Park, New Jersey. It was supposed to only show tweets within 15 miles, but I am getting them from Arkansas and Texas…weird.

  2. MikeForgie  sometimes it’s tricky if you don’t get the search terms exactly right to limit the search. Go to the advanced search page at http://search.twitter.com and see what it comes up with as it walks your thought it.

If this link works for you… I actually got some good results: https://twitter.com/search?q=surf%20near%3A%22Asbury%20Park%2C%20NJ%22%20within%3A15mi&src=typd
