Wanna #vlogchat with me? [POLL]

I started chatting with Mack Collier, Founder of the Twitter chat #BlogChat, on one of his blog posts the other day about how I hadn’t engaged with one of his chats recently because of how crowded it had become. He wanted me to give it another shot so this past Sunday, I did.

And I was so glad I did. I forgot how much fun it was to join in on a conversation with so many forward thinking people, and instead of being overwhelmed by too many tweets I paid attention to a great conversation about email marketing, made some new friends, and took away some great tips.

So I got to thinking, what if I had my own chat? You know how I am with always want to try something once. I did have a Facebook chat recently about Instagram strategy and that went really well. Something I’m still thinking of continuing as well. But when I thought of a regular Twitter chat I could do that would really make sense for me to start, I knew it would be about vlogging.

And guess what came up when I checked for #vlogchat on Twitter? Nothing! Are you joking? This is a great opportunity for us to talk vlogging!

So my question now is for you. If I had a weekly #vlogchat on Twitter where a bunch of us could come together and talk about how video blogging can benefit your marketing plan and strategies to take greatest advantage, would you be interested?

I want to get started on this ASAP, but if you’re thinking you would benefit from such a chat, I want to get your opinion on days and time. So…

If you would be interested in #vlogchat which of the following time frames would work best for you?

Hi Amy!  You would be surprised how many great Twitter chat hashtags are available, and the main reason is because organizing and maintaining a Twitter chat is a LOT of work!  Many people don't have the time or passion to see it through, but I think a #vlogchat would be a great idea.  Good luck!

@MackCollier It's too good NOT to be happening! I know I would have support from other great vloggers if they wanted to help me see it happen. Video and visual content in general is too important these days to not have a place for people to talk and learn more. Thanks for the great chat this weekend and thanks for the inspiration!
