Great idea! Chicken or the egg thing - email subscriber first, or signing up to get the free content first? I realize it helps both ways, but which group do you think it attracts the most?

 @jennstaz You gotta make an offer so they'll sign up. Most people won't have enough incentive to give you email unless they get an immediate return. You might get the die hards to give you an opt in, but the rest will just "check back". Make an offer now!
